1. Acceptance of These Terms. By creating a coach account on Envoiy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use Envoiy.

2. What Envoiy Is. Envoiy is a software platform, operated by Future Trading - F.Z.E, that helps independent coaches manage lesson packages, track client session balances, and collect payment from clients. Envoiy is a technology provider only — it does not hold, custody, or transfer your funds at any point. If you connect a Ziina account, payments from your clients are processed directly through it, and funds are paid out to you by Ziina in accordance with Ziina's own terms. If you don't connect Ziina, you collect payment from your clients by your own arrangement, and Envoiy is not involved in that transaction at all.

3. Eligibility. You confirm that you hold any trade license, freelance permit, or other authorization required under UAE law to provide coaching services and accept payment for them, and that you will maintain this for as long as you use Envoiy. You are responsible for your own compliance — Envoiy is not responsible for verifying or maintaining your license status.

4. Your Ziina Account (Optional). Connecting a Ziina account is optional. If you connect one, you are solely responsible for that account, including its accuracy, its compliance with Ziina's own terms, and any issues with payouts, disputes, or chargebacks that occur within it — Envoiy is not a party to the relationship between you and Ziina. If you don't connect Ziina, you're responsible for arranging and collecting payment from your clients yourself, and for accurately marking a package as paid once you have.

5. Fees and Subscription. Envoiy is offered on a subscription basis, with plans that vary by how many active clients you can track (shown in your account settings). A free plan is available with a limited number of clients; paid plans remove or raise that limit. Where a paid plan is purchased through the Envoiy app on the Apple App Store, that purchase is billed and processed by Apple under Apple's own terms, and Envoiy receives the proceeds according to Apple's standard developer terms. Plan pricing and client limits may be changed by Envoiy with reasonable advance notice to you; a change will never retroactively charge you for a period you've already paid for under different terms.

6. Data and Privacy. Envoiy collects and processes personal data about you and your clients as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Envoiy, you consent to this processing as described there.

7. Your Responsibilities to Your Clients. You are solely responsible for the coaching services you provide, for any agreements you make with your clients, and for any tax obligations arising from payments you receive. Envoiy is not a party to your relationship with your clients and does not guarantee that any client will pay for a package they have purchased.

8. Suspension and Termination. Envoiy may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if your license/permit lapses. You may delete your own account at any time from the Account tab in the app, or otherwise stop using Envoiy at any time. On termination, any subscription fees already owed for a period already in progress remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability. Envoiy provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by UAE law, Envoiy (Future Trading - F.Z.E) is not liable for losses arising from your use of Ziina, disputes with your clients, or your own compliance failures. Envoiy's total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the subscription fees you have paid to Envoiy in the three months prior to any claim, or (b) 100 AED.

10. Changes to These Terms. Envoiy may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will show you the updated Terms and require you to accept them again before you can continue using your account. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and the version of the Terms you agreed to.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Envoiy (Future Trading - F.Z.E) is licensed in the Ajman Free Zone, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
